Supported by our specialist departments for piston, valve spindle and seat, cylinder head reconditionining, fuel equipment and turbochargers, MAN Energy Solutions Singapore is second to none for customers seeking quality, safety, and reliability.
Our workshop uses closed circuit cleaning equipment, 40T overhead cranes, fuel equipment, welding equipment, welding robots, quality room, wave cutting, honing machines, various standard machining tools, CNC, lathe machines, Alpha lube test bench, a paint room, and tailor-made machining equipment.
In addition, we provide special post welding heat and surface treatment to ensure the reliability of reconditioned parts.
Our engineering team consists of Superintendents, Service Engineers, Foremen, and Mechanics with either shipyard and/or sea-going experience from various countries around the globe. They are fully trained and qualified in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and repairs. With a direct link to our product centres in Europe we have direct access to the design team and its technology archive.
Our team of trained two-stroke, four-stroke, turbocharger, and propulsion specialists can assist you onboard or at your power plant, for troubleshooting, planned maintenance, conversion projects, upgrades, on-site recovery, and large repairs.
Our retrofit solutions consist of a broad range of products and services that embrace the latest developments in sustainable diesel technology that reduce running costs and meet the latest emission regulations.

Spare parts
MAN Energy Solutions opened its spare-parts facility in Singapore in 2009.
With optimal inventory management, dedicated engineers, and our 18,000m2 warehouse facility, we are able to assist clients with accurate parts identification; project-based inventory management as well as support regional spare part demands for various services and projects.
We are now able to supply all of our customers in Asia with the entire range of spare parts for the MAN engine population as well as all MAN engines & turbochargers installed in power plants, thereby saving delivery times and minimizing costs for our valuable customers.
We have an added advantage of being located near our seaport. Since Singapore is home to the busiest air/seaport in the world, we can swiftly and easily reach our customers in the shortest time frame possible. Well-trained QC engineers using high-accuracy equipment are being deployed to inspect the quality of the parts that are imported and exported from our warehouse. Quality assurance is our first priority in ensuring that our customers are happy getting their parts on time and in perfect condition.
This warehouse facility further enhances our ability to support our workshop, our attendance activities onboard ,and also on power generating plants.
